Yokum's Vacationland is located on a
1,000-acre farm on which we raise horses. The North Fork of the Potomac River flows through our farm just behind the motel and restaurant, and offers our guests excellent year-round trout and bass fishing. In season, enjoy swimming in the river.

We have a new heated indoor pool, showers and lovely fireplace for your pleasure. For those who like music, there is a juke box and we are near a roller rink. We also offer a basketball court and video games.

For Whitewater canoe fanciers, bring your canoe and enjoy canoeing on one of the best Whitewater rivers in the East.

Prefer rock climbing? Rent or bring your equipment and climb the 960-ft high Seneca Rock with qualified instructors. Also, the many local caverns offer spelunkers or cavers various adventures.

National Forest Land is available for bow and fire arm hunting.
We have excellent facilities for bus tours, dinner parties, receptions and meetings.

Our modern restaurant serves seasonal buffet and menu selections. We also serve char-broiled steaks, seafood, pizza and home baked breads and pies.
